	Introduction
FRS International Symposium or Fully Residential Schools International Symposium is a program organized by the Ministry of Education Malaysia. This program is in line with the vision of the Fully Residential Schools (FRS) of Malaysia in producing World Class Leaders. All in all, this symposium is all about creating awareness towards the inter cultural similarities and differences between different cultures leading to a better understanding and appreciation for their own culture and nation. It is hoped that by providing a platform for the youth to communicate with individuals from different cultures and background, it will equip them with communicative competence for their personal development, knowledge acquisition as well as shaping their young mind and expanding their perspective as what one learns during youth will influence them for the years to come.
